The PDLQ Youth Football Organization, Inc. is a chapter of the Southern California Conference of Junior All American Football. We have a Board of Directors and By-Laws of the corporation which are available for review at any time. The Junior All American Football Conference of Southern California, Inc. was started after the 2002 season by 13 chapters from the Inland Empire Conference. The conference, which is also a California corporation, provides the following:
• Liability and medical insurance coverage
• Scheduling of all games
• Scheduling of certified game officials
• Enforcement and hearing for violations and grievances
• Training clinics for coaches and other chapter officials
• Recognition awards for League and Conference champions
• An annual Cheer Competition

The conference has a Board of Directors which is elected or appointed each year and an Executive Council which is made up of the Board of Directors and a representative from each member chapter. The Southern California Conference and PDLQ Chapter hold monthly meetings which are open to anyone to receive information; however, you must be placed on the agenda to address specific matters.
